Support our work
The Jewish Museum preserves and shares the history of Jews in Sweden and highlights Swedish-Jewish cultural heritage. Our museum in Stockholm’s Old Town is a place full of stories—of personal stories, historical events, Jewish traditions, practices, and ideas.
Jewish life in Sweden—past and present—is reflected here through historical objects, documents, and photographs, as well as through art, music and talks.
When you make a donation, you help preserve our shared cultural heritage for future generations. You also help more people discover and engage with Swedish-Jewish history.
Your support makes a difference
The Jewish Museum is run by a private foundation and is only partially publicly funded. Every contribution—large or small—matters. Your support enables us to create new exhibitions, expand our collection, and offer public programs and school activities that spark curiosity, share knowledge, and encourage conversations about our shared past and future.

Do you want to donate items, photographs, documents or archives to the Jewish museum?

The Jewish museum collects, manages and preserves the Jewish puzzle piece in the Swedish cultural heritage. We work actively to complement the museum’s collection of objects with stories, sounds and images and put them in a context to give new perspectives.
Decisions on acquisitions are taken by the museum’s curator and museum manager according to the guidelines established by the Jewish Museum board. The Jewish Museum follows current international, ethical guidelines that ICOM has established when receiving new objects.
If you want to donate an item, please contact us at samling@judiskamuseet.se.
Many thanks for your commitment!
